Summer is almost here! Now is the time to get that Summer Beach Body you have been "thinking about" getting....
 
    You know what to do, maybe you just dont have the Fitness  Motivation...well have some.
Everyone has different fitness motivational strategies. For example you might be more motivated by a still picture while others will need a moving picture to get them in the mood to workout. These fall into the Visual category, things you see will motivate you the most . Some variables include,
  1. Pictures, still, moving, framed, Black + White, Color, HD, 3D, Flat, Focused, Brightness, Contrast, size of screen, TV, Movie screen, Drive In, Book , Magazine, Print txt, seeing an external image, or one imagined in your mind,
  2. Auditory, sounds, music, volume, Stereo vs mono, Epic Soundtrack, Movie Score, noise, harshness, sharp, flat, timbre, steady, Forte, Contrast, Human voice talking to you, talking to yourself, listening to a recorded message,
  3. Kinesthetic, how you feel inside, emotionally charged, hot , cold, sensitive, vibration, pain , pleasure, happy, fired up, Confident, Courageous, Valiant, Determined,etc
  4. Combinations of the above 3 modalities,
  5. Tweak any of these and ask yourself which combinations are most powerful for you.
